Data controller and contact
VALDE KİMYA KOZMETİK GIDA SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ is the data controller for contact, pharmacy-location and product-authenticity support requests submitted through valde.com.tr.
We process your name, email, optional phone number, city/district, message and any serial/lot number solely to answer your request, prevent abuse and maintain necessary business records. Please do not submit health data or other sensitive personal information.
Requests are normally retained for no longer than two years after closure; security logs are retained for up to 30 days unless a longer legal obligation applies.
Form delivery uses a Vercel server function and Resend email infrastructure. Production delivery must not be enabled until required data-processing and international-transfer safeguards are in place.
This site does not use advertising, profiling or analytics cookies. It stores only the language preference (valde_lang) and privacy-notice acknowledgement (valde_privacy_notice) on your device.
